Delivery Terms

We deliver to the following countries:

Germany
Austria
Belgium
Denmark
Finland
France

Shipping Costs

All prices include the statutory value-added tax.

Deliveries within Germany

For orders within Germany, we charge no shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad

For deliveries abroad, we charge the following flat shipping fees:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden: 20 €, from 2 products 30 €

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated, delivery is as follows:

Within Germany: 1-3 days after conclusion of contract
Abroad: 2-10 days after conclusion of contract

For agreed prepayment, the period begins from the time of your payment instruction.

No delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

For orders with items of different delivery times, unless otherwise agreed, we ship the goods in separate shipments. The delivery time then depends on the item with the longest delivery time.

Payment Terms

Payment by Invoice

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and public institutions. The invoice amount is to be paid within 14 days.

SEPA Direct Debit

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from your account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the collection date. Please ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
