Payment and shipping

Delivery conditions

We deliver to the following countries:

  • Germany
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • France
  • Italy
  • Luxembourg
  • Netherlands
  • Poland
  • Sweden

Shipping costs

All prices include VAT.

Deliveries within Germany

We do not charge shipping costs for orders within Germany.

Deliveries abroad

For deliveries abroad we charge the following flat shipping costs:

  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden: 20 €, from 2 products 30 €

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be as follows:

  • Within Germany: 1-3 days after conclusion of contract
  • Abroad: 2-10 days after conclusion of contract

If advance payment has been agreed, the deadline begins on the date of your payment instruction.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

For orders with items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in separate shipments unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time will then be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

  • Prepayment by bank transfer
  • SEPA direct debit
  • credit card
  • Invoice (only for authorities and public institutions)
  • Sofort / instant transfer
  • Invoice / installment purchase (via Klarna)
  • Giropay
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

Payment terms

Payment on account

Payment by invoice is only available for government agencies and public institutions. The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.

SEPA direct debit

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to debit the invoice amount from your account via SEPA mandate. You will receive advance notification at least five days before the collection date. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds by the notified date.

credit card

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
