The fox den not only fits perfectly on the Orang-Utan (& panda) but is also perfect for children. Because children love to build dens, to hide, to have a secret place, a place that is cosy and gives a feeling of security
.
That's why we made the foxhole. Handmade in Latvia, of course, under fair conditions and using harmless Öko-Tex materials. We have come up with a beautiful design that allows you to see the sides of your Kletterling. This gives our foxhole its uniqueness
.
The fabrics are double-stitched for sturdy support and beautiful patterns, even on the inside. Thanks to the double fabric, the doors stay open beautifully as soon as they are opened without having to fasten them. The foxhole can be attached both from the outside and the inside. Attached from the inside, nothing stands in the way of climbing fun
.
The foxhole of the Orang-Utan is adapted so that it rests on the rung side and the net side and the doors are adapted to the rungs accordingly. The climbing wall of the Orang-Utan forms the floor of the den.
You
are welcome to put a blanket and cushion in here, our sloth (cushion) fits exactly to the centimetre and is made of organic sheep's wool
.
There are10 colour patterns to choose from: 6 Öko-Tex cotton fabrics and 4 washed and softened linen fabrics. The linen fabric comes in its typical slightly crumpled style, super soft with that extra touch of nature.
The foxhole comes to you in a matching bag, also made from Öko-Tex cotton or linen. You can use the foxhole immediately after unpacking or iron it once for crease-free cave fun.
Care instructions: the foxhole can be washed as usual at 30°C and ironed. For the linen version, please use the appropriate linen programme on your iron.
Educational benefits: You'll have lots of fun with the climbing frames! And they also encourage independent movement development. The climbing frames can be used for motor development from the age of 10 months. Children explore the play equipment with curiosity and discover how to pull up, stand and later climb. Independent use by children promotes their self-confidence in their own abilities. By conquering and discovering the climbing toys, the child develops body tension, safety and self-efficacy. The sense of balance is trained and muscles are developed. Over time, children develop a love of rebuilding and extending the climbing toys or creating something completely new, which encourages creativity and free play. With our climbing toys, the ìneed for independence, which is an essential feature of child developmentî (Emmi Pikler and Elfriede Hengstenberg) can be met.
Our tip: please do not place, sit or hang your child on the Kletterling equipment as this increases the risk of injury. The climbing frames only fulfil their purpose when your child tries out the climbing triangle, for example, on their own. Gradually, they will first try pulling up, then standing on it and only later climbing. Your baby will learn to climb up from the safety of the ground all by itself and thus gain its own sense of security. Your child will learn to use the new toy and recognise their own limits. You will be amazed at how brave and confident your child can be. Show your baby the new device and be curious and above all patient about what happens and when. Every child has their own pace

Never leave your child unattended and be there to help!
