Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden .

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad :

We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:

Austria: 20€, from 2 products 30€
Belgium: 20€, from 2 products 30€
Denmark: 20€, from 2 products 30€
France: 20€, from 2 products 30€
Italy: 20€, from 2 products 30€
Latvia: 20€, from 2 products 30€
Lithuania: 20€, from 2 products 30€
Monaco: €20, from 2 products €30
Portugal: 20€, from 2 products 30€

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1-3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 2-10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and public institutions .

If payment is made by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account by the announced date.

When paying by credit card Your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
